The 2-phase separation horizontal decanter centrifuge is a kind of equipment which can separate suspended products (Such as mud and water) by using the centrifugal sedimentation principle.
The slurry (or both products) enter the rotating bowl, the solid phase particles with higher density than the liquid phase will quickly deposit to the exterior (or outside) of the bowl. The liquid phase will rise to the top (or the middle) of the rotating bowl. The two different phases (or products) will be discharged from the centrifuge.

The 3-Phase Separating Decanter is a centrifuge in which two liquids of different densities are separated from each other. At the same time, solids are separated and discharged. The feedstock enters the decanter. The conveyor screw transports the solids to the solids discharge. The level of the liquid can be adjusted by fitting regulating rings or disks of the required inner diameter.
Separation of the two liquid phases takes place in the separation zone, whereby the light phase flows towards the bowl axis, and the heavy phase towards the bowl wall.

An industrial filter press is a device used to separate solids and liquids. The process uses the principle of pressure to separate water from mud (or solids from liquids).
A plate and frame filter press is the most fundamental design. The slurry (or product) is pumped into the filter press into a series of chambers through filter cloths. The “cake” remains in the filter press while the “filtrate” or liquid phase is discharged from the filter press. Once the filter press is full, it is opened and dumped. Therefore it is considered a batch process.

Constructed of stainless steel and high-grade plastics, belt filter presses are extremely resistant to fouling and corrosion. While many competitive dewatering systems employ linear designs, these systems are built with their dewatering zones stacked vertically, so equipment takes up less floor space.
